David Harding, formerly of Harding Bond Property Consultants, has now retired leaving Ronan in full control of Harding Bond and he has now appointed his former graduate building surveyor Aaron Hill as his technical assistant who will be dealing with all matters relating to building surveying but in particular Section 20 works required under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
He is well placed in this regard and his initial employment at Bond Associates Chartered Building Surveyors he predominately dealt with major works under Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 and subsequently at his last employment this was his primary workload.
He is RICS technical qualified working towards his full membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
