Multiple party wall commissions acting as either building owner or adjoining owners surveyor.
Boundary disputes continue to provide us with challenges in finding solutions acceptable to both parties.
A London based firm of solicitors require us to complete condition surveys on numerous properties in Margate, Ramsgate, Kent and St Leonards for their renovation which we will act as conservators tendering the project and administering formal contracts using JCT minor building works contracts.
A new dilapidations project in Hastings Town centre where I will be negotiating with the landlord in order to limit the repair and obligations by the lessee.
In Ashford we have designed a conversion of a former office block into flats and this is expected to go live in June this year.
And finally a community centre in North London is to be remodelled at ground floor level and provision of a multi function space within the roof provided enhancing not only their space but their user comfort by providing natural ventilation and lighting using atriums.
